I wouldn't normally recommend any proprietary software, but this one
seems like it would pay for itself. Pageonce's Cell Minute Tracker lets
you keep tabs on your monthly cell phone usage compared to you service
plan. Never pay overage fees again!

For non-Blackberry users you can use Pageonce's Personal Productivity
Assistant which has the Cell Minute Tracker features and more. But for a
proprietary software application, its features seem a bit creepy. Though
I can see why people might use it anyway.
